I solved the problem myself,
I'm playing without any issues.
If anyone wants to play, download the ISO version and find and download the "DXVND" program... install it and use "POWER ISO" to mount the game's ISO on a virtual drive...
Open DXVND... show the location where the game is installed, open the exe file....
Play without any problems...
It works on Windows 7 and 10... but in black and white... is there a solution to this problem?
This was very innovative when it came out. In the UK, it was known as Three Lions which I still own on my PS1. It was better than FIFA, at least until FIFA '98: Road to the World Cup. Using a low play-though from midfield and then using the targeting to bang in a shot into the top corner still feels great after all these years. I may be in the minority, but this is a great game.
