English ISO Version worked fine on my laptop with ATI radeon vega 3 and windows 11, I didn't have any issues with this game.

Huh, my game is in english, why are people talking about russian language only? Also it´s just like most other City Interactive games including Code of Honor

It's in Russian, fiddle till you find ЗАГРЧЗИТЬ ИГРУ (load game) СОХРАНИТЬ ИГРУ (save game) at least will allow you to play the game. In the meantime learn Russian
