Even after pressing the acceptance button on the license agreement, it still won't let me past that screen.

For those having problems with bugs make sure you install the patches that are in the Game Extras section.
For those who don't know which file to mount you mount the MDS file.
For those with save file problems, you can start a new game and load your save from there to bypass the error, as suggested in the read me file.
For those with licensing problem you have to click on the "I accept the terms of the licensing agreement" you don't just scroll down, and then you click "Next"

I have no problem playing this game except in the 3rd or 4rd day all my saves become corrupt and I can't save the game anymore, someone knows how to fix this?

having the same issue with the license agreement! program mounts fine, but when I run the installer I get hit with the error every time I try continue past the licensing :(

I got it to run but it freezes when I try to load a save file. I can see the .save files in Programme Files L.egacy Interactive ER but the game can't seem to read them. Any ideas?

This is a great little game about being an medical intern! It was way ahead of it's time, the only problem is it's too short (only 6 episodes) and no sandbox mode. But for me it's one of the best if not the best medical game ever. A shame it got released in 2005 instead of today, I think it would've been better appreciated instead it has been forgotten. The original devs and publisher don't realize they had a gem.
For those trying to get it to work on modern systems I found that by right clicking and running it as administrator allows the game to work, but it crashes occasionally so save often.
The readme file suggests loading a new game and loading your old save from it for stability, but saving often and reloading the game is more convenient.

Hi, I've gotten the game to run and everything seems to be working fine except the Maps tab. Each time I click "Maps" (next to "Beds") the game stops responding and I have to force close.
Any suggestions? I'm on windows 11 and I've mounted the disc image and installed both of the patches. It did also crash clicking maps prior to installing patch 1&2 also.
