There have been multiple card games created through time, with some of them being exclusives to certain countries and/or locations. Iran also has such a game in the form of Hokm; the most popular card game in the country that is also played in India and Pakistan.
Hokm (also known as Court Piece, Rung and Rang) is a trick-taking card game played using French-suited cards, in which the object is to be the first team or player to win seven points. However, while the game is quite popular in local meetings and even got several digital adaptations for mobile phones, there's not much going on for it on the PC platform.
Developed by Nima Marashi between 2005 and 2007, Hokm: Persian Card Game Series was an attempt to bring the popular card game into the digital format. Unfortunately, the game fell into obscurity and eventually got overshadowed by a more superior adaptation of the card game, called Hokm3. In fact, the game is so obscure nowadays that a quick Google search about it yields nothing.
