@Toomeh The Fullscreen is broken on windows 11. You can try dgVoodoo2 or DxWnd to hack the window. The simple solution is to use a software like lossless Scaling on the working window. Because its an old game with low res images and text, the upscale should look on par. But if you find a better solution put it here!
The game doesn't work for me on fulscreen i must force it into window by adding -win to the shortcut but i don't wanna play the game on a small window if someone knows how to fix please contact me on my discord

To work with windows 11. Put -win on the shortcut to the game. Right click shortcut. Click properties. Click on the Shortcut tab, in the Target text line put -win at the end and delete -leng if its there. It should something look like "C:\...\Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos - Joey the Passion\joey_pc.exe" -win
The NOCD "Game Extras" section is on each page, right after all the ISO game downloads in each specific language. Just scroll down. I didn't see it at first either.

this is the very first time I had a trojan + virus downloaded and it is from the main executable of this game

Run the game as a Administrator. Now it should be safe ur cards. That helped me

Download, extract, and install the ISO file first. Then download the NOCD file that's on this page under game extras. Extract the Joey_PC.exe file from there, and use it to replace the Joey_PC.exe that's in the konami folder where you installed the game. Easiest way to find it is to go through the installation, then open the file location from the new shortcut on your desktop. Have fun playing
its not working(wrong cd). somone said something about a nocd.rar file but i'm not sure where i'm supposed to get that? it isn't in the download or the file my pc installed it to

For everyone that have a problem with " No disc" Try this :
1)Go to your C: file
2)Find where you installed the game (maybe in Program Files or Program Files (x86) , it depends on your software)
3)Go to -KONAMI-Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos JOEY THE PASSION
4)Replace joey_pc.exe file with the NOCD.rar on GAME EXTRA
Every time I launch the game it just crashes, I've tried to redownload it and install many times with the same results any ideas?

To solve the "No CD" problem, please:
1. go to the page bottom and find "GAME EXTRA" section
2. download and install the NOCD patch
It says I need a CD Rom Drive but I don't seem to have it where do I get it from?

joker in the other page said to "Wrong disk inserted" Copy the .exe file in the "crack" folder into the install directory of the game, then create a shortcut of the copied file. If you installed the game in the C: drive (default), remember to run the game as administrator.
to save cards, there seems to be a glitch in the way it is installed, but there is a solution. Go to C:Windows Regedit(application) Search for the "KONAMI" folder and delete it, run the game as Administrator again, and it should save the cards you win.
The game is running alrighty. but can't save the decks or any replays whatsoever.
