There have been multiple card games created through time, with some of them being exclusives to certain countries and/or locations. Iran also has such a game in the form of Hokm; the most popular card game in the country that is also played in India and Pakistan.
Hokm (also known as Court Piece, Rung and Rang) is a trick-taking card game played using French-suited cards, in which the object is to be the first team or player to win seven points. However, while the game is quite popular in local meetings and even got several digital adaptations for mobile phones, there's not much going on for it on the PC platform.
Developed by Ahmad Shahraki and released under his company name "King Software" in 2012, Hokm3 has been the best locally-made version of this card game on PC. It was hosted for many years on Persian download centers for free with the optional choice to make a donation, and had multiple updates to enhance user experience before the company's website went offline and support ended. The game was removed from all Persian websites in recent years due to unknown reasons.
