What does "full rip" change?

I played it on Windows 11, but it won't go fullscreen. Wehen I force it to go fullscreen, it crashes and only works in windowed mode. Any tips for those who know?

I played the Full RIP and it's working good,
but even better with this small patches.

Disable the Intro (3 long images):
In the file Monopolywin.exe at address: 813D0
Change: E8 0B 08 00 00
To: 90 90 90 90 90

Create a file 1920x1080.reg with this content:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Monopoly]
"option.windowed.width"=hex:80,07,00,00
"option.windowed.height"=hex:38,04,00,00
"option.fullscreenEnabled"=hex:00

Save & Close & Doubleclick it, to enjoy it in FullHD.

There is no option to change language.
If the default language in your case is Japanese, follow the steps to play English (US) edition:
(1)remove the file "ui_art_fonts_jajp.sca"
(2)remove the file "\content_full_classic\content_full_classic_jajp.sca"
(3)remove the file "\strings\strings_jaJP.dat"
(4)copy all files in "\content_full_classic\rules_classic\textures\boards\enUS" and replace all files in "\content_full_classic\rules_classic\textures\boards\jaJP"
(5)enjoy !

i can play sucessful. thanks for the game. i really love monopoly 10 out of 10.

Great game, fun way to play monopoly solo (since my family never wants to play), only issue is that sometimes it feels like the game will just pick a random player to screw over. to fix that just exit the game to the menu and start it again

I FIGURED IT OUT!! IT WORKS. Please disregard my earlier comments. Just had to download the dll files for x86

I misspoke - I'm running Windows 11. Here's the error message I get when I run the compatibility program: “Monopolywin.exe – System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because MSVC100.Dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.” I reinstalled, same message. And Windows 11 is not an option to choose from the compatibility mode section. It only goes up to Windows 8. If anyone can help, I sure would appreciate it!! I'm going to continue doing some digging myself. But something tells me I'm out of luck!

How to change language? In my case the game is in Japanese.
