Works on Linux. To get full screen mode, open a terminal in the game folder and use this command - "gamescope -f -W 1920 -H 1080 -- wine ./Jbs2.exe".
You can later add this into a bash file and make it an executable, then run the sh file to start the game in fullscreen mode.
Only issue is, the game says "full version" in the menu and includes a .srk license file, but I'm only able to play the first level.

This game doesn't work out of the box in Windows 7/8/10, and even on Windows XP it boots up in a Demo mode. it seems that back in 2001, the game was only distributed as a demo, with the game's full features locked away behind registering your copy of the game with a now-deleted website. The users in this forum thread found fixes for both issues though, providing a patched .exe (Jbs2.merged.exe) which works in Windows 10 and has the full game unlocked. https://sourceforge.net/p/dxwnd/discussion/general/thread/ec70cab868/#

It won't run. Probably because it's a 16-bit game.
I think you need to do a guide on how to run old 16-bit games in Windows 10.
