I've got the same error like the most, it doesn't function with DOSBox 0.74-3, it quits despite running both tests with the error "ERROR:Kann Gadget-Images nicht einlesen".
I'm German so I can translate this: "ERROR:Cannot read Gadget-Images" but I won't help you much, as I don't know what the program means with the "Gadget-Images" and what's the problem with it is.

Actually the game is able to play music, but apparently the file for the intro music 1TITEL.VOC in the MUSIK folder seems to be corrupted. Replacing it by a non-corrupted voc-file shows that sound itself is working.

Wäre so super, wenn ihr das mit dem Sound hinbekommen würdet! Würde das so gern mal wieder spielen... :-(

The Game works, but there ist no sound in the DOS version. Neither in the downloaded version nor when playing it online in the browser. Any idea?

jonathan unfortunately does not start under dosbox 0.74-3, although there is enough xms memory avaiable (xmstest.exe).
