@Anon Use a Japanese locale emulator. All games made on that engine do this without one. I already saw it several times. Honestly, if you have a problem with any Japanese game on our site, in 70% of cases, it's that.

I know this says "with some tinkering" but every time I try to run it I get some crazy blue window with lines of code. I don't know if it needs to be patched or what, I can't find any guides on how to apply any of the available patches or even any that mention how to make this game run at all. Anyone know what I can do to make it playable?
