The method and steps Mr. NIKYCRW below showed us worked for me, for some reason the game won't install on my Windows 7 and get stuck at initiating Framework 1.1 thing before Installation, However after opening the game and celebrating the installation sadly the game lacks the music, cutscenes and voice overs and the game becomes more of a boring experience almost plays like a crappy Gameloft Mobile game.
The game keeps giving me black screen unsupported timing resolution message whenever I launch it fullscreen despite having the resolution set on 640x480 and I am sure it's a refresh rate problem and I can't see any way to figure out how to change it so only solution to play the game if you are having this problem is to go to the game's settings file with .cfg format and find the line that says Fullscreen and next to it should say True by default so all you have to do is replace it with word "FALSE" without the quotes and save the file and the game should work and appear on your monitor
hopfully the admin can just link to it or something.

How to play it: 1- Create a folder, name it Black Buccaneer. 2- Mount the Iso, copy the .cab files, paste them in the Black Buccaneer folder. 3- Unzip the .cab files with winrar. 4- Open the Iso again, copy the crack and paste it on the Black Buccaneer folder. 5- Open Black Buccaneer.exe (NOT black_buccaneer.exe). 6- Enjoy.
