@EXODUS It was called "Redemption:Liar". There are no downloads of it on the entirety of the internet, there are no GP2X emulators on the entirety of the internet (the system is Linux based so the game would probably run natively on Linux anyway), and there are no videos of the translated version anywhere on the entirety of the internet. Oh, also, the game is available to buy absolutely nowhere on the entirety of the known internet.
It is, unfortunately unobtainable in any way. I really want to play it too :(

Apparently this was remade for the GPX2 Wiz with an English translation. Does anyone know where it can be found?
