Played this way back in the mid 80s. Now I fly in MSFS 2020, but would love to revisit the flights from this adventure in the 2020 version of the flight sim.

Simple but it was fun for a while back in the 80's. You need to get your head around how the navigation towers work first.

The last time I played this game had to be over 25 years ago. I was really into it. I would create flight plans before each flight. I was flying into an airport in the mountains (can't remember which one) when the plane was enveloped in fog. I ran out of fuel just prior the airport. As I came down out of the fog the landing field was right in front of me. I had only one shot. for a landing. I was sweating and my heart was pounding so hard I thought I would have a heart attack. I glided to a perfect landing and never played again.
