it may be in a folder named "twnoname" and use quotation marks if the cue file has spaces in the file name, something like "Town with no name.cue"
here's my list of commands, exactly how they're written:
imgmount d "c:\yourfoldername\twnoname\Town with no name.cue" -t iso c: cd twnoname town.bat (or just TOWN)
you may need to open the readme.exe within DOSbox, just in case, once you do it will provide a intro given by the devs, and for some reason creates the .bat file you need to run the game, which will most likely be named "town.bat"

Also I am trying to get the CDTV version of this game running on WinUAE, can anyone help me out with the installation? I would really like to run this, because I was able to get the DOS version running easily. But not this one.

Hey, in the .cue files, there's a "README.EXE" that looks kinda sus. I opened it with a text editor and its in broken korean, I don't know what it says, and conventional wisdom says to not run anything with a "readme.exe"
Anyone know what that's about? Thanks

To hear the voices, make sure that, when you use IMGMOUNT to mount the game, you mount the CUE file, not BIN. The CUE file will tell DosBOX to read the mixed CD data (audio), the BIN file will make it so it only reads the first track (the game, without the voices)!

I tried the cdtv version in mess emulator, but the voicelines don't work, and some of the menus are corrupted when played on a cd32 rom, and the game always freezes when played in the cdtv rom. I hope the voicelines will work here.
for some reason I dont hear the voices in this game, I know how they would be quiet sometimes but even if I put my pc on 100 volume I dont hear anything.

for those of you wondering why your sound may not be working, it turns out that the .bin file provided has been corrupted somehow try downloading and replacing the cue and bin files with these ones from https://archive.org/download/town-with-no-name-msdos
