How to Play
The original TrackMania United DVD was shipped with the infamous Starforce v4.7, be careful as it can break your system. The NoCD crack and the repacks provided here have a nasty positive VirusTotal report, use a Virtual Machine to be totally safe.
To use preinstalled and fixed versions, kindly provided by retrogamer Peter:

Download and extract.

Rightclick on TmUnited.exe and set compatibility to XP SP2.

Rightclick on TmUnitedLauncher.exe and set compatibility to XP SP2. This two is mandatory or the program WONT work at all.

check the "dgVoodooCpl.exe" settings to match your criteria (DGvoodoo is needed to get rid of the graphical menu glitch that has no textures at all)

Start launcher.
At first start the EN-US version will throw an error (Not the HUN one for some reason) that the runtime error of the starfoce blah blah, all you need to do is press OK, the game will go on and ask the serial key. Enter Serial key any one of that:

@NOTPLAYER I let you know that, Repack has no Starforce in it anymore/removed/patched out. This is also abandonware and free :D
Also I already know there are differences between this and United Forever.
Couldn't you just play the upgraded version on Steam (Trackmania United Forever) instead of downloading this unsafe version of the outdated and unsupported release?
Also I would recommend using the guide to get rid of StarForce on the PCGW page as it is more safe.
