How to Play
On modern systems, you can encounter a problem with a reduced draw distance. Also, FMV cutscenes doesn't work on modern systems, you can hear audio but there's no video. Better run the game on Virtual Machine with old Windows (Win98 or Windows ME), for example, you can run it on PCem with Windows 98

Well, through the short version file the game doesn't comes with audio folder, this is why the game has no sound.
installs and opens but, crashes on trying to actually load a mission
Works brilliantly (the Ripped Version), for Sound you need to run "Setup.BAT" & may need to run "sarge.reg", it's a DDraw game I believe, & works well if you use it /w "DXWrapper" by ElishaCloud (on Github), Controls can be customized, overall great ! No movies since it's stripped-down. I used to play this a lot in my childhood, so glad I can get it to work again, & it's only 28 MB !! There's also a Cheat Table for this (Unlimited Ammo basically.) I remember getting stuck back then in lvl 3? walking on a wall /w a tank nearby & I couldn't get past that, but still had a whale of a time !!!
IF the sound doesn't work make sure you use the Disc Image and do a full install.
Don't use the NOCD it puts the game in German.
got it up and working, but it's in german any idea how to fix it and get into English
this game does not work at all getting black screens and crashing to my desktop, no matter what i do. it's not the game itself it's just a crappy PC port of a Nintendo 64 title.
Same, I can't get the sound to work either.
