ISO plays great with the NoCD on XP. Lot of fun.
i used to have this game on the ps2, and i loved it. still do. its one of those games where you either love it or hate it. i feel like this game is so unknown that i could never bring it up in conversation because everyone would think i was weird for liking a game like this. also, i recommend just getting the rip version, it runs more reliably and you dont have the hassle of installing everything.
A true classic!! A really nice and relaxing little game from my childhood. I Recommend this game for those who loves old racing games like nfs hot pursuit 2, ford racing 3, etc. Also note that this game runs flawlessly on windows 10 1440p and even 4k resolution.
Important note: It seems like Corvette 2003 lacks of any kind of autosave/autoload option, so make sure to save game to your profile manually before you exit the game, otherwise you lose all your progress. Load up your profile each time you start the game to continue where you left off.
Save Games are stored in: "C/Program Files(x86)/Corvette/data/pc/config" in case you want to backup your save.

Corvette installs without issue and even with Windows 10 you can run the ISO and install Corvette without issue and run Corvette without the NoCD this Game works flawlessly
