This is no shame! This original version of GTA is not available anymore and it's only the Definitive Edition. I'm protesting this and don't make me delete that comment - please consider this abandonware now!!!
As was said by many other people, this game is quite literally no longer sold on Steam nor RockstarGames Store. So this websites statement of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is available for a small price on the following websites, and is no longer abandonware." is outdated.
Now that the game isn't on Steam, the CD version should be uploaded

When the update to make this free to download, others kept saying it been delisted from Steam years ago and only the crappy definiteve edition there

GTA III,VC and SA have been delisted from steam
GTA SA, VC, and 3, all taken down from the steam store, just to make room for the "Definitive Editions".
ضرب نار غيرت اشكال الناس لفايس ستي امسيه سعيده في اللعبه و التسليه و تدخين السجائر
The game has become abandonware because it was removed from stores again; I believe it now qualifies to be available on this page.
coloque pra baixar de graça nao tem mais nenhum lugar pra comprar ele se nao for o remasterizado
BANG BANG BANG BANG!!!!
"Let's slow it down"
*sneak sneak sneak*
If you play the main story using mods, at some point missions will intentionally fail.
Its no longer available anywhere please update and publish it here... its basically abandonware and this isnt even definitive edition.
f you wanted money only then why did u said FREE GAMES
soy region venezuela y no esta disponible
BRO LIST THIS PLEASE
I told this game is turned into GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition and it's already delisted!
Welp, the Steam version of the OG GTA: SA has been delisted in favor of the "remastered" edition releasing soon, making the original version abandonware again (unless you like to buy buggy "remastered" editions of games).

gta sa oyunmak iştiyorum sadece param yok
gg brk san Andreas the winlarie
This is not a comment. The game will not be available digitally because of the Definitive Edition released in 2021. On Steam remains accessible, but is not available to purchase in 2022 unfortunately, even the game is still considered abandonware. According to the comments on My Abandonware site, clicking to buy game may not be available as well. On Rockstar Games in store, it's reported that trying to buy this original game is just trilogy. Please consider this game being unavailable for getting on abandonware for free and removing the availability on Steam.

The best game on Steam.
Rockstar said its abondonware. They also stated any of their abondonware is free for downloading. Just make it so we can download it

what is this
gta 3, gta vc and gta sa are no longer on sale other than the definitive editions, many just want to play the original version, and since its abandonware i think we should be able to just download it
how can i download gta games
خیلی خوب است
its abandonware now pls add free
bro its literally abandonware release it for free
This game is abandonware. It is not sold on steam OR xbox. The only way to play it is by downloading the DEFINITIVE Edition. Which is a completely different game, and it is horrible. You cannot play it on anything except old gen consoles. PHYSICAL copies, not digital.
Volta com o Download, por favor!
Gta san andreas istiyorum laan
Plz make this downloadable! its been abandoned
Lotfan in bazi ro Free dar dastras gharar bebid...
My childhood game was a very good game

This is a ABADONWARE
put the link to download, dude.
III, Vice City and San Andreas are all abandonware, the steam versions are delisted, the definitive editions do not count so please for the love of god, bring them back as abandonware.
Bilgisayardan oyun nasıl alacağım
Oyun alacağım
please for the love of god just add all of the pc gtas you cant get them anymore whatsoever without piracy
Man, I wanted to play GTA Sandreas for free, but when I saw so many varieties of free games, I was very happy, but it didn't last long:(
Lmao... Uploading this game would is a BAD decision, look for mods what Take 2 doin' with players and modders xD
Nice fun game
The 2005 windows port of San Andreas IS in-fact Abondonware, feel free to update when you're available!
this game is abandonware now
Incorrect, game cannot be bought at Steam or Rockstar Games or anywhere else: "Notice: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is no longer available on the Steam store."
The uncensored version of this game is still unavailable, mind you that the "definitive edition" is uncensored where I live, but the original trilogy version RockstarGames sells on their website is still censored.
I literally can not get my hands on a normal GTA SA/VC/III copy if I tried
i need this game for free please rockstar give me gta san andreas for free i dont have a job im broke
As much as I want the original GTA Trilogy to be considered abandonware and I do (since it's a bit more convenient than torrent), it's not abandonware. You can still buy the original trilogy on Rockstar store.
https://store.rockstargames.com/game/buy-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy#screenshots
The new """definitive edition""" trilogy is here https://store.rockstargames.com/game/buy-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy-the-definitive-edition
so the link before this one is THE legitimate GTA Trilogy and you can still buy them.
No, I'm not a rockstar shill. I wish rockstar would either give the original trilogy proper support or just delist it entirely so we can consider it abandonware properly.
its abandoned now i think it should be here
for anyone wondering, yes, you can still buy the game from the official website, just not from the rockstar games launcher nor steam. it is kinda hidden https://store.rockstargames.com/es/game/buy-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy
As anyone else who doesn't want to play the Definitive Edition, I thought it was here, but now i lost my fucking time. FitGirl Repacks should do.
how do i install the game on my pc
If I can’t get it here then I guess I’m gonna have to fucking pirate it.
YoFRE LOZ, You are the man🤘
the original versions of gta 3 VC AND SA Are not abandonware buy it here https://store.rockstargames.com/game/buy-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy
Notice: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is no longer available on the Steam store.
where is the game ??
cant find it any where
Só bixa louca joga GTA SA!
não está mais disponivel na steam
Bro we cant buy this game, please open GTA III, GTA VC and GTA SA
this is abandonware, what are you talking about buying it? WHERE? there's only the DE in steam -_-
Actually @FlaGnuM, they're correct. The link they posted does lead to the non-definitive trilogy. This link (https://store.rockstargames.com/game/buy-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy-the-definitive-edition) goes to the Definitive Edition.
@OLIVER Are you fkng dumb or can you not read ? that's the defective edition not the classic 2004 game!
for any people saying this is abandonware its not you can still buy it on the rockstar games website heres a link:https://store.rockstargames.com/game/buy-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy
I just checked and this game is not available for purchase on any platform. The buy link doesn't even take you to a purchase page, if I could I would buy this game but I can't.
Buy ? It should be an abandonware. It's not possible to buy it anymore and MW 2005 is as old and it's an abandonware now.
Já se tornou um abandoware faz tempo!
F u MAW, why buy?... THANKS FOR NOTHING
abandonware!!!!!! c'mon!!!!!!!
Time to update, eh? This is abandoned now by the devs...
as ppl before have said the game is abandonware as the trilogy is no longer available on steam. please update this!!
This should be updated to abbadonware and should be available to do download here, since its no longer sold on steam, neither on rockstargames launcher , there is only definitive edition one, which is completely the other game.
This needs to be switched to free now that the Definitive Edition versions have been released. The original version is no longer for sale anywhere which makes it abandonware.
I don't have the money and the good pc to play the garbage remasters and i come here thinking i can play again this game , VC and III but why isn't here it have all the sense of be here because R* deleted the original trilogy from steam and the R* games launcher.
-A fan of GTA
hello, it isnt on steam anymore.
Not even the remasters are available on PC. All versions are currently technically abandonware
The original trilogies will no longer be available, so this is basically abandonware. Or perhaps non-existenceware XD
This, III and Vice city are no longer purchasable on steam.
GTA3, VC and SA are no longer on steam. They are technically abandonware now
if you wanted money only then why did u said FREE GAMES
stop forcing money out of us!
