Finished it on medium difficulty. Gets rid of the CoD health system, you have to search for medikits and ammo boxes. For the first time in the series you can carry multiple primary weapons and 1 pistol (1 primary and 1 secondary before mission start). Reuses many things from the predecessor for example music, guns, building layout, also has the same amount of missions, 10. I found it to be more enjoyable than the third one, likely my favourite in the series

Nice game, actually runs, no issues use n for dark levels, level 7 crashes, just restart.

i like this game wya back in my childhood days
