For some reason none of the versions are working on modern hardware they are saying that there isn't a CD and you can't play the game but there is a working version of this game on "Oscar the Balloonist and the Secrets of the Forest" side the English and the Dutch version (https://www.myabandonware.com/game/oscar-the-balloonist-and-the-secrets-of-the-forest-ef9) I think there was a mix up with the files.
