I'm more curious about the music not playing. It's MIDI but that shouldn't be an issue seeing that other MIDI games have working music on my systems.

The sound being garbeled up is a compatibility problem. It seems to work on some PCs and on some not, try changing the sample rate on your pc. I know because I am the one who made a rip of the game.

The installer in iso (also from archive) has mostly broken sounds with noises. Need maybe original iso or somehow port/rip ps1/n64 ver sounds.
