not as good as MALICE which is another Total conversion of Qauke, but it's fine, nothing special, however and it's a big however, after you download the game mount the iso to image then copy the main folder to main quake directory as SHRAK, since you need the main game to get it working. then due to some compatbility issues you need some patch that also fixes some issues with the game itself mostly textures. now unlike other TC of quake or even the expansion packs this game Shrak will not work 100% on most open sources, on quakespasm it crashed afrer the first level, but on directQuake (DirectQ) is works perfecly fine. make shortcut copy of the main source port execution file, chance the name to Shrak, then right click then properties, then on the target after the "exe" type - game SHRAK, then click accept and OK and then you can easily access the game directly.
