One of Origin's sub-par RPGs, Tangled Tales is a small, "light" RPG that tries too hard to introduce the genre to new gamers through dumbed-down combat, simplified statistics, and mundane plot. However, it's still a good introductory-level game that's charming in its own way. Just don't expect it to be another Ultima, and you'll be enjoying this one :)

I spent a month trying to remember what this game was, then randomly saw the word "Eldritch" somewhere and was like "it had a character named Eldritch!" So satisfying.
Bought this on a school field trip with all the money my parents had given me for lunches. Spent the whole week eating nothing but a chocolate bar and a can of Coke every lunch.
Totally worth it. :)
One of my favorite games ever. Ahh, I love this.
