Childhood game. This game was one of my best. Unfortunately, I did not find any information for it on the PCGamingWiki , and no one has released an enhanced version of the game.. hope to see it in the near future.
DAVEYBONES is right, dont use quicktime included in the cd. download it from Uptodown
Nevermind, I figured it out. DO NOT use the QuickTime that comes on the disk. Use an updated version from anywhere else.
I tried uninstalling QuickTime and reinstalling using the version on the disk, but it's still giving me the "Unknown Error". :(
I solved the "Unknown error (-2018)" message on the save/load screens by uninstalling all previous QuickTime versions and using the one included on the CD. Make sure to select the "Full" installation, not "Minimal" or "Custom".
Getting harddisk error. DR4
I have been having trouble with saving, it says "Unknown error (-2018)!" specifies the files Dialog2.pct and Save.pct, before taking me to the save screen, and allowing me to type out a name for a save, but when I go back to load the game, it shows me the error message for Dialog2.pct again, and doesn't show my save or allow me to load it. Also, 2 of the patches will not install at all, which may be part of the problem?
