This works flawlessly on Windows 10. It's basically a game engine, as the description says it has scenarios (maps) with different units. It's not as large of a scale as advertised. It's mostly a turn-based 8-direction turn-based strategy game with phases as options (move, attack). It's a shame I never saw this in 1999, it would have helped.
