Why wouldn't you include the cd key??? Also. the above mission codes do not work!

"To start the game on any mission you chose, open the file "tomcat.ini" (located in the game directory) with a text editor and search for the line: "Save1=XXX,Name". Replace XXX with one of the following numbers to start on that mission. Mission 1 - 648 Mission 2 - 649 Mission 3 - 650 Mission 4 - 651 Mission 5 - 652 Mission 6 - 653 Mission 7 - 654" There is no tomcat.ini in the game directory or on the game cd.

Looks hard to find, can you try to enter the codes from https://segaretro.org/Tomcat_Alley#PC_version ?
Too bad it only plays the first mission as to play the others you to unlock it with a serial number...
