I finally got it to work. The only issue I have is that is freezes after a several minutes. I'm about to try to figure out how to fix that.
If anyone has the d3drm.dll issue, go to this website https://www.dll-files.com/d3drm.dll.html
and put it in the file folder/"hard drive folder" thing

I can't get it to work even with the recommended Windows emulators. It keeps saying "The code execution cannot proceed because d3drm.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it's still not working.
