Alpha Black Zero: Intrepid Protocol

Just like eurocops, its a 60fps game that feels like 10fps somehow

I'll keep this brief, but this game is nigh unplayable. The framerate is seemingly locked to about 15-20fps and the resolution is locked to a max of 1280x1024... which is 5:4. There are no fixes on PCGamingWiki. The only information is that the game supposedly runs at 60, but it does not. It is 60 in menus and when the console is opened. Changing the renderer from Direct3D to OpenGL does nothing. Changing any visual options does nothing. Visual issues aside, the sound also seemingly does not work correctly. Gun sounds cut themselves off and are insanely quiet. The level ambience is significantly louder than any of the guns... voice over is also louder.

Outside of technical issues, the game is not very fun. The ai are not very smart and the guns don't have much umph to them. You can hardly tell when you shoot someone because how tiny the blood particles are. The crosshair for some reason disappears when you shoot, and the recoil and spread of guns are horrendous. Scopes do not help in that regard, neither does the poor framerate. Also, there is a mission where you defend a base for 30 minutes... nothing else happens, you just stand in 1 building and shoot people and wait to be picked up by a ship.

If there are any fixes, please write them in the comments so this mid-level game is more playable. It would be very much appreciated.
