Y'all, you need to download a program called LocaleEmulator, so it could simulate a the device in japan. Yall should search on reddit for the complete guide, i forgot the links.

Has anyone been able to install it? When I try to install it, a bunch of question marks come up and I don't understand ANYTHING, HELPPPPP.
