Hi, everyone. I've managed to contact Claude Needham, one of the guys who worked on Exploding Lips, and he shared me the files for the full version of the game.
I've uploaded the full version to the Internet Archive here:

Anybody knows how to run this on Windows 11?
I found two people who have the full version of Exploding lips. The first one is E.J Gold (game developer) and @gXxaxx (also game developer). There is also an Exploding lips song, it is on YouTube. The developers made test games like Paparazi 1997 and ZENN 1998 before Exploding lips. And the writer Robert Sheckley wrote the story for the game.
I've discovered a patch for the demo.
https://web.archive.org/web/20010202202600/http://explodinglips.com/patches.html
"This patch fixes the crash caused by a region collision problem in the grey areas of the first level."
The full version of this game is completely lost, if it ever existed. It's somewhere between lost media and an unfinished proto.
There is only the DEMO version, available here
This is another game that has no download available. I wish that you guys would stop uploading games that must still be protected. Many thanx in advance
