The alternative title title for Last Galaxy Hero was Star Gunner. Star Gunner from GameTop is pretty much the Full version of Last Galaxy Hero distributed as a freeware. Here it is: https://www.gametop.com/download-free-games/star-gunner/

Well, this game is also now considered Abandonware as many other games that used to be sold through RegNow. By the way, the official game page still exists (http://starsashes.com/last_galaxy_hero.html) but the game can no longer be bought as RegNow website was shut down many years ago.
