Guys there's an easy way to install this. If you click "Setup.exe" and are unable to run the installer, simply go on Task Manager, and on Setup.exe, click on "Analyze wait chain" - this will tell you on what processes are "blocking" the Setup.exe from initializing. Just go and kill the processe(s) that display there. For instance, for me it was Overwolf.exe. After killing this process that Setup.exe started running instantly. Ran this in "Win7 compait mode" and it launched couldn't get it working otherwise. This is running my an i7-9800X / Titan X Maxwell at 640x480 (Set this resolution for my CRT to get some nostalgia)
All I did was mount the .iso in Win11, installed to my C: drive given that this game is tiny and takes up next to no space. launched it with win7 mode and it ran, sound I'm not sure but game itself runs.

The .iso file was in my Downloads folder on drive D:. When I moved the .iso file to drive C: and mounted it Setup.exe worked!

Setup.exe isn't working. It just starts and stays in memory but nothing happens. I'm using Windows 7 x64.

So if i recall when i owned this game 20 years ago, you could launch it without the disk, but the music wouldnt play, this seems to operate the same way. Luckily, someone like me who missed having the music accompany the game, made a spotify playlist with versions of the songs from the OST https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1cSZCkFmGgJLp1e5jNZtaT?si=82b112e695d44088 Cheers

The "keyboard gymnastics" mentioned is quite simple. Make sure you run the Disc Image File first, then do the setup.exe. Once that's finished you open the program using Autorun application, at first it will seem broken and only show your desktop zoomed in and freeze, if this happens, hit Ctrl-Esc, then click on the game icon on your toolbar, the game should work then.

The game install takes some time to install properly and some keyboard gymnastics to get running without the original CD. Once in the game itself, it performs just fine.
