Can confirm it is now the proper 25th anniversary edition!

@Admin The ISO is still showing the golden Oregon Trail 2 logo and not the 25th anniversary edition.

@Admin As someone who actually owned and played the ALE as a child I can tell you that whatever "sources" you are looking at are incorrect. Not to mention you can just load the game and you can easily see that screenshots on this page do not match those in the game. The title screen of the game downloaded on this page just says Oregon Trail II in gold, and does NOT have the silver "25th Anniversary Limited Edition" text. Additionally, as I said before, it does not have the videos of fording the river etc. like in the real ALE version. This is just a copy of the regular Oregon Trail II game.
@Ryan Sadly no. Again the only place I have found the actual ALE version of the game is here. It still crashes all the time though. https://oregontrail.ws/games/oregon-trail-ii/play/

Runs fine on PCem running Windows 98 SE, spoken dialog is extremely quiet for some reason though, boosting audio levels to max in PCem's menus and putting my own computer's speaker volume nearly to max still results in quiet, though understandable, audio (But experiment for yourself first, this might just be my machine and I don't want to damage anyone's hearing).

@Kara don't know what you're talking about, because this is the proper disc image, I checked several sources
I got the game to work on 32-bit Linux using PlayOnLinux. It installs and runs it better than Windows does.

This doesn't work. Going the screen for hunting and checking supplies doesn't allow me to switch back to the travel screen

I got this to run. Im on Windows 10. I installed D-Fend Reloaded, and virtual clone drive. both found on the "How to play abandonware games" tutorial of this site. I mounted the .iso from this page to the D drive (it has to be d, it cant be E or some other letter. I right clicked on my D drive, and selected mount (available from virtual clone drive), and mounted my .iso). then Using D-Fend Reloaded, I used the wizrard to setup a windows game. I didnt select a setup program, just a program file, E:\DATA\OTII32.EXE. and then it worked! good luck.

A true classic. I feel this could be classified as a Survival Roguelite game by today's indie game standards. I'm surprised I haven't seen anybody pick up on this yet.
Also, try a mode I invented called "Chicken Run." Aside from the few mandatory essentials, spend all your money on chickens. The completely absurd amount of eggs you get will carry you all the way to Willamette Valley.

Works fine, just has no sound.
Super easy to install. Use this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKan-FbCfVM
