Reminder to everyone browsing that this is literally just a retexture of Quest 4 Saddam; the executable is still called Quest4Saddam.exe. The magnum opus of the Global Islamic Media Front (read: three guys in a cave on machines laughably out of date even then) is quite literally taking a game someone else made and spray painting their own logo over it in the ultimate act of "original character, do not steal".

Works well on windows 10 but level exit doesn't work after you kill the final boss.
