Comments and reviews
Someone is stupid here. Battle for Wesnoth has NEVER cost a penny. They asked for donations. If anyone is paying for it at steam, then they are stupid as whomever it is here that even put that "Buy The Battle for Wesnoth" section below.
They are LYING about paying for it.
It's free on and off Steam.
This game can be downloaded for free.
Battle for Wesnoth never was and never will be abandon-ware!
And if you're paying for it, you're being ripped off!
its still free both on steam and the nonsteam version from their website
If you are a fan of turn based strategy, i strongly recommend wesnoth as it is a real challenging one, expanding with fan-based campaigns and it is FREE.
You can even download it from official website.
