Can't remember how my best friend came across this game but it's a core childhood memory and I still own the original disk to this day!

This is the very first city-building game that I played. I remember when I was a kid, we were learning how to use a computer in school and our computer teacher told us to open any program we want and play around with it. Some of my classmates opened Microsoft word and they played around with word art and clip arts, some opened ms paint and made random stuff like planets using ellipses and the fill bucket tool, then me and one of my classmates stumbled upon this game. Both of us didn't have any clue how to play it properly but we tried to build a city.

Disregard the "mediaeval music" statement; (none), the lauded "beautiful landscape graphics"; (none), and this: "addictive campaign with a good scenario"...; are you people on drugs? "This game takes place in 1700's"....; riiiiiight.. that's why I must be mistaken about the ICRC (red cross) symbol (portrayed on doctors' rooftops in-game). I thought it was designed in 1863. Silly me..
This is a broken-English weak vanilla basic stock home-written isometric yawn.
