Somewhere on the computer (ex. the Desktop), create a new folder called "SETUP". Copy the contents of the Operation CD and paste them into the folder that was created before. When everything has finished copying, go into the setup folder and delete the SETUP.EXE file. Download the generic 32-bit installer and add it to the folder. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the installer has finished, go to the installation folder and run the Operation.exe file to play the game... now issue is how to fix the sound....

I have a Windows 10 PC, but it won't run on it. Says It can't install onto a 64-bit system. Is there any way the game could be updated to run on 64-bit?
