The international image worked for me (on Windows 11, not on Windows 11 via Parallels on Mac though). Make sure to install the 3DFX hardware version(!). Download dgVoodoo2 (https://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2/) and add all DLLs from /3Dfx/x86/ to the SpecOps install directory.
For multiplayer coop and more missions make sure to install the addon too ;-)

Whenever I go to mount or Extract files it says that the ISO is corrupted.
