I find that unlikely. I had the same trouble with Famous five Kidnapped. The bin/cue files were useless, yet I was able to run the ISO version on my Windows 10 PC without any issues. I also happen to have that game on CD, which worked too. I bet this game would actually run on Windows 10 if an ISO file were provided. Could the uploader try doing that?

I can mount the iso and play it on PCem with Win98, so the file is not corrupt, the problem is it doesn't support the modern system.

I would like to second the commenter AGI. The file is corrupt and cannot be properly mounted, even when using software like DEAMON Tools Lite or AnyToISO. This isn't the first time this site has posted useless files that don't work. Please do not waste our time with this; only submit a page when you actually have something usable.

Downloaded twice, the iso is corrupted. Can't mount, can't extract with winrar.
