ISO of Russian version showed 12 warnings on VirusTotal because of DRM protection, better run it on Virtual Machine for 100% safety
Note:
- The game must be launched in compatibility mode with old Windows (Windows 2000 or XP) and as administrator
- If you're playing on 64-bit systems - use NoCD, that NoCD is fixed exe-file that disables disc check and also helps to launch the game on modern systems
- If you have troubles with running the game - use DxWnd utility and run the game in Window mode. That method was tested on DxWnd v2.05.80
- Patch for Russian version doesn't work on 64-bit systems, but that patch is just self-extracting archive, so you can install WinRAR and extract files from that archive, and then copy patch files manually to the game folder

I installed the English release and it works with dgvoodoo without a problem (Win11).
I was able to get the game running with the compressed (RAR) file found here:

After downloading the file (TBL.rar) and unpacking it, I mounted the ISO and ran setup. Admittedly, the setup process was somewhat confusing due to most characters of the instructions being replaced by question marks (???). Given my familiarity with how the setup process for such games usually works, however, I was able to install the game to a drive/folder I specified on my PC. Then to run the game, I had to keep the ISO file and mount it prior to starting the game with the executable (I.exe) file, which is simply shown as the "I" application in the game folder.

Game runs problem free on my Dell optiplex gx260 with windows XP. The game itself, though, ain't that great. Gameplay is junky, RPG mechanics are linear and fairly shallow, while there's no logging system, quests or any sort of in-game narrative. You have to read it all in the manual.

I tried all three English options and was unable to install the game. The RIP version gave an error during installation. The English release and Original Taiwanese release would not run during setup.
