Official website of the game still works, even though it wasn't updated for last 10 years and you cannot purchase the game anymore. Originally the game was releasing episodically, first on Japanese, then on English, and supposed to have 6 episodes, but eventually only 4 episodes released. All information pages (Wikipedia, Mobygames) and official website says that only 4 episodes released.
But we found some archive online titled "ShadowFlare Episodes 1-6", the installers are on Japanese. We couldn't install it to approve if it's really has 6 episodes, so we uploaded as it is, maybe you will have better luck

The non-Japanese version, but the Traditional Chinese Version Episode 2.002.000,2.003.000,2.004.000 and Korean Version Episode 2.002.000,2.004.000.
Russian version only contains Episode One.

That thing about the six episodes is a false myth and should be edited away.

Nice game, i remember playing it when i was 12yo.
I still have the episode 1 to 4 in some external hard drive around here, was never able to finish it but i got to episode 3 if im not mistake
Fun game, all 4 episodes should be relatively easy to find online.

- Requires "Chinese Traditional (Big5)" code page for "SFSetup.exe" installers.
- Missing Eastern Episode 1 release, as "sf1.exe" installs the English version.
- "ShadowFlare-3" is Episode 2. It's missing scenario updates/installs for 00000000, 00000006, 00010000, 99000001, 99000006, but has an extra scenario 01000001, updates "System\Common\Pattern\Visual01.njp" and "System\Game\Parameter\Table.Tbd".
- "Shadowflare 2nd.exe" is an update to Eastern Episode 2. Installing it before installing ShadowFlare-3 makes the version check succeed, but you still can't proceed past the license screen.
- "ShadowFlare-5" is Episode 3, and requires using the SFSetup.exe from Western Release. Contains additional updates to scenario 00000001, 00010001-00010002, 01030000, 02200000, 02210004, 99000001-99000006, updates "System\Common\Pattern\Visual04.njp" again and updates "System\Game\Parameter\Item.Ibn". Itm.ibn is updated by Episode 2 in Western Release.
- "ShadowFlare-6" is Episode 4, and requires using the SFSetup.exe from Western Release. Missing scenario 03900005, 99000001, 99000018, but adding updates to scenario 00000001, 00010001, 00010002, 04000002, missing updates to "System\Game\Parameter\Item.Ibn" and the manual, but adding "Mcl" files to scenario 99000026-99000037.
- "ShadowFlare 4th.exe" is an update to Estern Episode 4.
