How to Play
Notes:
- The game has been tested on Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 10, it works fine. If the game doesn't work - run it in Compatibility mode with old version of Windows (98, 2000 or XP) and as Administrator
- If the game launches only in half-screen and you cannot see the settings panel to change graphics settings - change the parameters of DPI scaling: right click on exe-file or desktop shorcut -> Properties -> Compatibility -> click on "Change high DPI settings", a new window will open, click on "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and select "Application". Now all menu elements should be visible
- Different releases of the game use different protection systems - some use SecuROM DRM, some are DRM-Free or has only the simple disc check. Both NoCDs should be compatible with all languages, so if one of NoCDs doesn't work - try to use the other one. It looks like the NoCD for French version works the best
- If you get the error about wrong 0x0000000002E704E7 address - use NoCD for French version, it should help. That NoCD is compatible with all languages, tested with English, French & German language versions
- The game can be played in Windowed mode, you can toggle between Fullscreen and Windowed modes by pressing Alt+Enter combination
- Don't minimize the game's window, otherwise the colors will become distorted!
- If you have any graphical glitches or other issues - run the game through dgVoodoo 2, it should help
- For Windows 98 users: if the game doesn't work - rename ws2help.dll to ws2_32.dll. Also, you can try that method on other Windows OS if the game doesn't start

Does anyone have access to working Roman Pack mod?

Small update - we've found DRM-Free variant for German version
How do I have to use the French NoCD to install the Game? I mounted the Iso and burned a CD out of the Iso and in both cases it says "no original CD detected"
Sgt.McHale is right, you need to download the NoCD French file to play with English version
It seems the NoCD crack for the French version also works for the English version, and I guess it'll work for other versions as well.
None of the other NoCD cracks I downloaded from other sites work for the game. They all contain no instructions and just one file named ws2help.dll and no such file is even in the game.
Keeps asking for the CD rom. Even when I have it mounted, there's a crack folder with one file inside but I have no idea where I'm supposed to put it.
