It used to work on win10 but I did not have success with win11.

I noticed that price of units dose not show when you hover over production icon. If anyone knows a fix pleas shear it.

I downloaded one mentioned in comments, I played a bit with compatibility options and removed none English characters from folder names. Removing non English characters is important unless you have Korean locale on you're windows. Also thanks for translation 10 years ago I was praying for it ; ). I played Primitive Wars in my childhood.

It's all South-Korean, but that would not be the biggest problem. You can use ggl Lens to translate text with your phone camera. At first, it didn't run on my machine. Playing around with compatibility settings maybe allowed me to launch the game, but only to freeze every time after the first second. I've lost patience, but it looks like a fine game.
