The English "ISO" file (the one of size 405 MB) is not an ISO, it's just a RIP and it doesn't work whatsoever! (the black screen problem everybody is mentioning in the comments)

Download the Russian ISO instead, it comes in English and works right off the bat on Windows 10. No fixes needed or even compatibility mode. If the mouse is flickering, turn off Hardware Mouse Support.

Got the same problem as Dome. A game cursor is visible and I can move it around, but only on a black screen with v.1.01 on the bottom right. No menu is loading up or anything. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

This game has a magipack repack available.

The Russian torrent works fine and i found no malware as of yet.
Do note , the install partition should not be too big ( 1 TB) as the game does not recognize it.
Also , don't pause during play , the AI starts to go cuckoo.
As far as the game goes , feels like a successor to America : No peace beyond the line
Factions are similar with minor tweaks for each , 4 european and 2 native american.
Have not tried campaigns yet , just some skirmish.

I'm hoping i can get this one working. It looks better than anything on steam!

found and iso that actually works and has ingame videos and sountrack.
you have to select the english language while installing the game otherwise it will be in russian i think. It already has no cd fix. here is the magnet link:
