Perdon, me confundi de juego, en este caso, tienen que hacer algo parecido.
Tienen que montar el iso con powerISO o similar, abrir el disco y meter todos los archivos montados a una carpeta del escritorio.
Luego, con el setup.exe, le hacen click derecho, van a porpiedades - compatibilidad, y lo ponen en modo compatibilidad windows xp3 y que se ejecute como administrador, y le dan a aplicar.
Ahi despues ejecutan el setup, y lo instalan como cualquier otro juego, es necesario que despues de la instalacion, reinicien el PC.
Yo lo probe en windows 11 y anda todo bien, recomiendo tambien tocar la calidad y distancia de las sombras, ya que si lo ponene bajo, las sombras estan completamente rotas, aparte que les recomiendo que descarguen "cauldron fixer", que arregla varios bugs del juego y otros juegos de esta empresa, esta en PC gaming wiki el mod.

Para el que no le encuentra la vuelta a instalar el juego, tienen que instalar las 3 partes del juego, y montar el archivo .cue con un software estilo powerISO.
Despues, no tienen que instalar el juego desde el disco montado, tienen que montar los 3 discos 1 por 1, y sacar los archivos de cada uno y meterlos todos en la misma carpeta.
Despues, cuando tengan los 3 cds juntos en 1 misma carpeta, tienen que usar el launcher.exe y hacele click derecho - Propiedades - van a compatibilidad y corren el exe en modo de compatibilidad de Windows xp3, y aparte, correr el programa como administrador, y le dan a aplicar.
Ahi despues pueden iniciar el exe con click izquierdo, y les comenzara el wizard de instalacion, y lo instalan como cualquier juego, y con el fix, solo tienen que ir a la carpeta del juego y reemplazar los 3 archivos que bienen en esa carpeta, y anda todo perfecto.
Yo lo probe en windows 11 y anda todo bien.

How do i run this? I am on Windows 11 and yet when i boot the game, it just has a small black window on the top left corner and then crashes

when i play the game the mission with the gatling gun is bugged i think. when you capture the gatling gun that is there on the farm the mission just doesnt continue or am i doing somethring wrong. i mean until now i just stormed the farm killed the enemys and took control of the gatling gun the mission capture the gatling gun is still not over although there are no enemys nearby

HUH@ Use rivatuner (RTSS) and set it to 60 fps max, there this should cap your framerates at 60fps. Forcing vsync in Nvidia control panel not always works.

Having some issues with screen tear. I have tried capping the framerate at 60 FPS for my 60hz monitor and using a combination of various V-Sync options in the Nvidia Control Panel. None work together or on their own. Anyone have a solution?

Game graphics don't function properly. I only see big blocks of color bkack,blue. Red with almost no detail. Menus, option settings, sound all work.

I´ve donwloaded the files. Everything runs OK, it does work...except one thing. When I aim the rifle (any gun) to any enemy and shot, I don't hit them, even aiming the gun to his belly at a very short distance. I can kill the enemies with hand grenades, but when I shot to anybody (even my felas) nothing happens. I shot to a wall, and the holes are there. So, why my shots do not work when aiming to anybody? Any answer is welcome. Thanks.

I had this game in the past and it worked fine. Now when I try to run it (on a different machine), it flickers, the characters are moving interrupted, there are bars appearing on the screen, it is just unplayable. Any fix?

I downloaded the game but when i run it it tells me not enough memory error? on my c drive i have over 100 gigs.

It's okay. You have to cap the game at 60 fps or force Vsync through your driver settings on this game to play it... I'm serious. If you don't do this, your bullets phase through enemies. I don't know, Soldier of Fortune Payback had the same issue. As far as gameplay goes, it's basically just Call of Duty's linear gameplay. You even got regenerating health. The subject matter is interesting though, and the guns mostly feel punchy with the addition of some quite hilarious ragdolls. The graphics look quite nice, despite the character models not looking too sharp. Reshade 100% works with this game. My only major complaints are that the FOV feels a little low (I think it's around 75 to 80). That's about all I have to say. It's rather generic.

Like others said, you need to lock the fps to 60, to kill the enemies. Do it with your monitor program or the grafic card program.

You have to cap your fps to 60 for the game to work properly and be able to hit enemies.

I had this game when it was new, Way ahead of it's time for graphics quality, So much ahead that i could barely run it due to the lag. I will be getting this again, Because it would have been fun if my hardware was good enough.
