I created a pre-installed version that doesn't require mounting or burning an ISO,no installation needed, just extract it. All voices, music, and cutscenes work. However, it is only compatible with XP, 2000, and 98; it won't work on modern systems.

Extract the ZIP file to the C:\Games\ directory.
Warning: If you place the folder elsewhere, the game will not launch.
Run the taz.reg registry file (only the first time).
Then run taz.exe and the game is ready.

The NoCD patch does work. If there are any mods reading this, please delete my original comment. I'll include a tiny tutorial because of the comments I've seen on other sites. For all intents and purposes, you are to ignore TazLauncher.exe.
1. Download and export the zip and confirm you have a bin and cue file. 2. Using any program that can mount ISOs and the like, e.g.: VCD, PowerISO, CDEmu. Right click your cue file and mount it. 3. Locate the virtual CD drive in explorer and extract/drag everything to a new folder. 4. In this new folder, go to the folder named "Install" and execute "Setup.exe" 5. You are free to direct the actual folder you want the game. I chose to direct it towards the folder I extracted everything to. 6. Finally, overwrite the original Taz.exe with the one from NoCD. The game and its launcher both refer to Taz.exe. So just overwrite the original one.
Taz wanted for PC doesn't work on Retroarch or Launchbox. What should I do?

NoCD patch doesn't work. Try this instead.
